The personal information we collect depends on the service you require from us: advice, quote or issuing of a travel insurance policy.
We use two collection channels: our website contact form and information provided directly -via email or telephone- to a licensed insurance representative.

- Telephone (mandatory field)
- Trip information (mandatory field)
The information collected through direct contact via email or telephone with a licensed representative is:
- First name, last name
- Telephone
- Postal address
- Travel dates and details
- Health and medical information
- Credit card information
We do not keep any information regarding your credit card once your policy has been issued.
Digital Files
Following your request for a quote or purchase of travel insurance, we will create a digital file with the information you provided in order to follow up on your inquiry or purchase.
Sharing of Personal Information
We do not market the personal information collected. However, we do have to share it with the insurance companies we are partnered with for the following reasons:
– To get a price on your travel insurance quote request,
– underwrite and issue your travel insurance policy.
If you do not want your personal information to be shared with third parties, you may object at the time of collection or at any time thereafter, as described in the next section.
Please know that if you do, this might result in canceling your request to provide a quote, obtaining advice or the issuing of your Travel Insurance policy.
Right to access for Update or Withdrawal
You have the right to access your information to request we remove it from files, amend or update it. Simply follow the procedure as described below to make a request:

Safety and security
The personal information we collect is stored in a secure environment, both for digital and hardcopy files. Only our licensed insurance representative have access to it.
Digital information is kept on a desktop computer (not a laptop) that never leaves the office.
To ensure the security of your personal information, we use the following measures:

– Secured internet connection
We do not accept the transmission of credit card information by email, text or any other electronic means.
Payment information, i.e. credit card number, is to be provided only by phone directly to a licensed insurance representative or directly at our partner’s B2C hyperlink at the moment of purchase.
We do not keep credit card or any form of financial information on files, neither electronic nor paper based.
